Aylin Girgin Ozbilis

Investment Director

Amsterdam/Netherlands

Aylin Girgin Ozbilis is Investment Director of Vinci BV and supports direct technology investments of İnci Holding. Aylin is experienced finance and investment professional with 15 years’ experience in various fields including; financial management, M&A, corporate finance, family wealth management services. 

Aylin has started her career at Anadolu Group as Management Trainee in 2003 and then worked as Finance Associate at Efes Breweries International N.V. during 2004-2008. Aylin continued within the same company as Strategy and Business Development Manager, and worked at the largest M&A transactions of the Company in Turkey, Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe until 2015. 

During 2015-2019, Aylin served as Director of İnci Family Office, providing investment and asset support services to family members. Since 2019, Aylin serves as Company Director of Dutch subsidiaries 35 Venture and Vinci and supports technology investments of İnci Holding. Aylin has a BA in Business Administration from Bilkent University, and Turkish Capital Markets Advanced Level certificate.

Yavuzcan Eroglu

Investment Associate

Yavuz initiated his professional career at KPMG within the Deal Advisory department, where he actively engaged in conducting due diligence and valuation studies for a multitude of transactions. Following this, he transitioned to the İnci Holding Strategy and Business Development team, focusing on industrial acquisitions and later-stage startup investments. Over the course of his professional journey, Yavuz acquired comprehensive skillsets in finance and strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bilkent University.

Holger H. Heinen

Holger H. Heinen currently serves six VC-backed technology companies as member or chairman of their supervisory boards. In addition, he supports other start-ups as a senior advisor and supports a German family office as Venture Partner. Prior to that, he has been with the largest German seed VC, High-Tech Gründerfonds for nearly eleven years. In this role, he accompanied start-ups from seed financing through subsequent rounds to exit. Holger holds a diploma in geodesy from the University of Bonn and founded his own start-up before joining HTGF

Nese Gok

Nese Gok graduated from Istanbul University with a BSc in Economics and obtained her Masters degree in Strategic Marketing from De Montfort University in the UK. She started her career working for the foreign trade company of their family business, Inci Group. As of the year 2000, she took responsibilities in the Human Resources Department. She worked as Human Resources Supervisor for the family business’ joint venture with Hayes Lemmerz. For the last 10 years, she has been on the Board of Inci Group, last three years as the president of the board. During her tenure as an Inci Holding board member, she was appointed as the president of both Family Council and Family Assembly of Inci Family for two years. She is also the founding partner of Jupiter Agriculture company, established in 2010, which produces organic olive and olive products. Nese also owns an investment company, Kalisto. She is married to Prof. Osman Gok and has a 16-year old son. She is a member of Izmir Dokuz Eylul Rotary Club, Ege Peryon (Aegean Human Management Association), Italian Chamber of Commerce, Advisory council of EGIAD (Aegean Young Businessmen Association), TAIDER (Turkish Family Business Network), Keiretsu Angel Network and EGIAD Angel Network. She likes to play golf and tennis.

Zeki Safak Ozan

Zeki Safak Ozan is the Executive Board Member of Inci Holding. Safak started his career as an analyst at Turkish Economy Bank in 1991. He joined Eczacibasi Group’s Building Products Division in 1992, where he held various senior positions in affiliated companies of the Group for 24 years. He was the Commercial Manager at VitrA UK between 1992-1994 and in charge of the Group's investments in Central Europe based in Germany from 1994 to 2008. During this period he acted as the Managing Director of VitrA Bad Gmbh. and managed the acquisition and integration projects of the Group in Europe. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Boards of all acquired companies including Villeroy and Boch Fliesen GmbH., where he acted as the Chairman. Safak was the Vice President of the Group between 2008 and 2016. He was also the President of the European Turkish Business Association and has been a member of the Advisory Board of Citizens Living Abroad for Prime Minister of Turkey. Safak was the Executive Board Member and the CEO of Kale Endüstri Holding from 2016 to 2018. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1989.

Selale Zaim Gorton

Selale is a member of the Board of Directors of Inci Holding, Maxion Inci and Technology Development Foundation of Türkiye. Selale is also the Founding Chairman of Inci Family Office. Selale previously has worked with Garanti Securities Private Equity in establishment of two separate funds with sizes US$100 million and US$400 million, the latter being a joint investment initiative with Cerberus Capital Partners. Her former financial experience includes world’s largest wheel producer Hayes Lemmerz and private equity fund Towerview Capital. She is also an angel investor. Selale has a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. She has attended Private Wealth Management program at Wharton Executive Education in 2014, passed Level 1 CFA Exam in December 2010, has Turkish Capital Markets Advanced Level certificate and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
